Beech Hill Farm is our very own small freehold located in Hertfordshire. Leased and operated by us, everything we produce is exclusively for our hotels. It means we can guarantee the quality and provenance of everything we sell.

AB Fruits

For over 30 years, AB Fruits has been a family-run treasure in Bedfordshire, devoted to sourcing the finest, freshest produce. Every morning brings new selections from local farmers and the bustling markets of London and beyond, ensuring that fruits, vegetables, and delicacies arrive at their absolute peak.

It’s not just quality that sets them apart, it’s their quiet devotion and genuine delight in helping us make vibrant, seasonal, and delicious meals.

GCH Fishmongers

Though founded in 2015, GCH Fishmongers draws on over eighty years of collective industry experience. Each dawn sees them offering premium day boat fish, sustainably and ethically sourced. Fish so fresh that some chefs swear they can taste the sea breeze and the faint echo of seagulls when the fish arrives.

RP Meats

A family business since 1987, RP Meats has evolved with the times while preserving a deep respect for tradition. Their team brings extensive butchering knowledge to their craft, supplying us with exquisitely cut English and imported meats, and with a level of service that’s simply magnificent in its attentiveness.

More than just a familiar name on a bottle, Heineken is a trusted partner in keeping our bar well-stocked and full of character. With a stable of brands, ranging from classic lagers to contemporary favourites, they bring variety, reliability, and a quiet confidence that makes visiting our bar a pleasure.

Peter Graham wines

For Peter Graham Wines, every bottle has a purpose and a provenance. Sourced from vineyards spanning 18 countries and over 120 regions, their wines are chosen for character, finesse, and quality. More than suppliers, the team are guides and companions, quietly sharing their knowledge and passion so that every sip is not just tasted, but savoured.

Rugby Distillery

Born in the heart of Warwickshire, Rugby Distillery is the creation of siblings Richard and Emma, who set out to capture the energy, passion, and camaraderie of their native sport in a truly exceptional spirit. East Chase Distillers

The delightful offspring of two schoolmates, who decided the world deserved better gin and vodka. Nestled on their Warwickshire farm, they handcraft each spirit with care, using the finest botanicals and a masterful still. The result? Spirits with character, charm, and just the right amount of English verve.

Since 2016, Bottleproof has combined decades of hospitality experience with a meticulous attention to detail, creating pre mixed cocktails of the highest calibre. Each bottle showcases premium ingredients, expertly balanced to deliver the finesse of a seasoned mixologist. Ensuring we bring our guests drinks that are consistently refined, elegant, and perfectly crafted.

Each bean is roasted and blended with a touch of artistry, so that every cup carries warmth, flavour, and a little Italian sparkle.
